I’ve always believed that fitness is better when you’re laughing. We’ll spend some time on the outdoor workout machines and the monkey bars for a fun circuit, then hit the track for some light movement and games like frisbee. It’s the perfect way to break a sweat without it feeling like 'work.'

Forget the boring gym routine. Every Wednesday, we head to the Papagou Athletic Center to combine light movement with social park games and outdoor training. Whether you want to improve your cardio or try out the park's fitness stations, this session is for everyone.

What to Expect:

• The Circuit: We use the park’s outdoor workout machines and monkey bars for a light, guided circuit. It’s a great way to build strength in a social, open-air environment.
• Track & Games: We mix in a few laps around the oval track and "playground-style" games like frisbee to keep things fun and energetic.
• Inclusive for All: This isn't a high-intensity bootcamp. We use the equipment at our own pace, focusing on meeting new people and staying active.
• Minimal Fee: Just a €1 platform fee to join the group and stay coordinated.
