The class is led by Spyridoula, graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (NKUA – University of Athens) with a Master’s degree in functional training programs.

Specialized in Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, and therapeutic exercise, she has extensive experience in gyms, online coaching, and group training for both adults and children.

Her approach focuses on personalization, safe guidance, and the deeper connection between body, movement, and breath 💪🧠
